• Two pairs of SS tune support is installed to avoid tube bending under high temperature

• Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with flange for immediate use

• Vacuum pressure can reach 10 torr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^-3 torr by diffusion pump
